Return Process

Fraud & Chargeback Policy

A chargeback filed on a confirmed-delivered order constitutes consumer fraud and will be reported to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the United States Postal Inspection Service, and Interpol where applicable. Outstanding balances including bank chargeback fees ($25–$50) and legal administration costs will be referred to a third-party collection agency. Repeat offenders will be permanently blacklisted.
