Section 4 — Declaration of Intent to Prosecute

Luxe Scent & Skin Haven maintains a zero-tolerance policy on cybercrime, fraud, and intellectual property theft. We actively cooperate with:

• FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
• United States Postal Inspection Service
• Interpol (for international cases)
• State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies

All fraudulent activity — including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft, account takeover, and intellectual property theft — will be pursued through both civil and criminal channels. We retain IP address data, device fingerprints, and all order evidence for a minimum of 7 years for legal purposes.
