They are regulated as cosmetics under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and are not drugs, medical devices, or therapeutic products.

Any descriptions of ingredient benefits (such as “firming,” “brightening,” or “moisturizing”) refer solely to cosmetic, appearance-based effects and do not constitute medical or therapeutic claims.

Patch Test Requirement

We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test before full application of any new product. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or elbow. If redness, itching, swelling, burning, or any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

AHA Warning

This product contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) including Lactic Acid which may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
