Luxe Scent & Skin Haven has invested in a comprehensive, multi-layered security and fraud prevention infrastructure to protect the integrity of every transaction and ensure that our luxury products reach their intended recipients safely and securely.

Section 1 — Delivery Verification & Final Sale

• Photographic Documentation: Every shipment is photographed before handoff to the carrier, documenting the condition and contents of the package.
• GPS-Tagged Proof of Shipment: All packages are GPS-tagged at the point of carrier handoff.
• Carrier-Verified Signature Delivery: All luxury bundle sets require an adult signature upon delivery. Delivery is confirmed only upon carrier-obtained signature.
• Risk Transfer: Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation and carrier signature. Luxe Scent & Skin Haven is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery.

Section 2 — Fraud & Chargeback Protection

Luxe Scent & Skin Haven employs the following fraud prevention technologies on every transaction:

• AI Fraud Detection Scoring: Every order is scored in real-time by our AI fraud detection system.
• IP Address Tracking & Geolocation Verification
• Device Fingerprinting: Every order is associated with a unique device fingerprint retained for legal purposes.
• Velocity Pattern Monitoring: Unusual ordering patterns are automatically flagged and reviewed.

Zero Tolerance on Friendly Fraud: A chargeback filed on a confirmed-delivered order — where carrier signature confirmation exists — constitutes consumer fraud under federal law. Such cases will be immediately reported to:

• FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)
• United States Postal Inspection Service
• Interpol (for international cases)
• Applicable state and federal law enforcement agencies

Section 3 — Repeat Offender Blacklist & Debt Recovery

• Global Negative List: Customers who engage in fraudulent chargebacks, return fraud, or repeat abuse will be permanently added to our Global Negative List and blacklisted from all future purchases.
• IC3 Reporting: All confirmed fraud cases are reported to the FBI IC3 for federal investigation.
• Debt Recovery: Outstanding balances — including the original order amount, bank chargeback fees ($25–$50), and legal administration costs — will be referred to a third-party collection agency for recovery.
• Civil & Criminal Escalation: Luxe Scent & Skin Haven reserves the right to pursue both civil damages and criminal prosecution for confirmed fraud cases.

Section 4 — 60-Day Molecular Transition Guarantee

For verified customers with a clean, non-disputed purchase history, Luxe Scent & Skin Haven offers our exclusive 60-Day Molecular Transition Guarantee:

• If your fragrance does not perform as expected on your unique skin chemistry within 60 days of purchase, you may request a Boutique Credit toward a different scent from our collection.
• This guarantee is available as Boutique Credit only — no cash refunds.
• This guarantee is void for any customer with an open or prior chargeback dispute, return fraud history, or any entry on our Global Negative List.
• A Return Authorization Form is required. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
