Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from or using the Luxe Scent & Skin Haven website. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Section 1 — General Terms
By accessing and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Service, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Luxe Scent & Skin Haven reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Section 2 — Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, textures, and appearances may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography. All product descriptions, ingredient lists, and safety information are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. We reserve the right to modify product formulations, packaging, and pricing without prior notice.
Section 3 — Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement. Luxe Scent & Skin Haven uses industry-standard encryption (AES-256 & TLS 1.3) to protect all payment information.
Section 4 — Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 3–8 business days. Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been handed to the carrier. Shipping addresses are locked after order processing begins and cannot be modified. High-value orders are subject to Manual Security Review and may require government-issued ID verification before shipment.
Order Fulfillment & Inventory
In rare cases where a product is temporarily out of stock or requires additional processing time, we will contact you promptly via email with an updated fulfillment timeline. Your order will not be cancelled without your consent, and your investment is secure. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery
All luxury sets require Carrier-Verified Signature Delivery. Risk of loss and title for products purchased transfer to you upon delivery confirmation and carrier signature. Luxe Scent & Skin Haven is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please refer to our full Shipping & Returns Policy for complete details.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
While most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days after processing, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for delivery due to processing times, carrier volume, and circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking information. Luxe Scent & Skin Haven will proactively notify you of any significant delays or updates to your order status.
Section 6 — Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance and skincare products, all sales of scented products are FINAL once the tamper-evident seal has been broken. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. A Return Authorization Form is required for all eligible returns. A 15% Luxury Handling & Restocking Fee applies to all authorized returns. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By completing a purchase with Luxe Scent & Skin Haven, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping timeframes as stated in this policy. We strongly encourage customers to allow the full 2–3 week delivery window before contacting their financial institution regarding a dispute. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us directly and allowing reasonable time for delivery may be considered fraudulent and will be disputed with full tracking documentation, order records, and carrier confirmation. Please contact our concierge support team first — we are committed to making every order right.
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to product names, descriptions, images, logos, brand identity, and the Luxe Scent & Skin Haven name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Luxe Scent & Skin Haven and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and will be pursued with aggressive legal action.
Section 8 — Privacy & Data Security
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Zero Trust Architecture, WAF, and AI-powered intrusion detection systems safeguard all customer data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order or as required by law. Section 9 — Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following: fraudulent chargebacks or friendly fraud; impersonation of Luxe Scent & Skin Haven or its representatives; unauthorized scraping, copying, or reproduction of website content; review extortion or blackmail; hacking, phishing, or any unauthorized access to our systems; reselling our products without written authorization.
Section 10 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Scent & Skin Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Section 11 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Luxe Scent & Skin Haven is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Section 12 — Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All Luxe Scent & Skin Haven products are cosmetic products intended for beautifying purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical skin condition. These products are not a substitute for advice from a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider. If you have a pre-existing skin condition, asthma, or known fragrance sensitivities, consult a physician before use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all ingredient and safety notices. Luxe Scent & Skin Haven is not liable for individual reactions to ingredients disclosed in our ingredient lists.
Section 13 — Comparative Advertising & Scent Identification
Trademark Disclosure: Luxe Scent & Skin Haven creates original, independent artisanal fragrance formulations. Any references to third-party designer fragrance houses (including but not limited to Parfums de Marly, Sisley, Chanel, Dior, or others) are made solely for comparative scent profile identification purposes, in accordance with FTC comparative advertising guidelines (16 CFR Part 255).
Luxe Scent & Skin Haven has no affiliation with, sponsorship from, endorsement by, or connection to any referenced designer brand or fragrance house. All referenced trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
No Likelihood of Confusion: By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they understand and acknowledge that they are purchasing an original Luxe Scent & Skin Haven formulation — not a product of any designer brand.
Section 14 — Final Sale & Molecular Security
Zero Tolerance on Fraudulent Chargebacks: Luxe Scent & Skin Haven maintains a zero-tolerance policy on friendly fraud and chargeback abuse. All orders are photographed, GPS-tagged, and carrier-verified prior to shipment. A chargeback filed on a confirmed-delivered order constitutes consumer fraud and will be reported to the appropriate federal authorities including the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the United States Postal Inspection Service, and Interpol where applicable.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all authorized Boutique Credit returns. Repeat offenders will be permanently blacklisted from all Luxe Scent & Skin Haven collections and partner boutique networks. Outstanding balances including $25–$50 bank chargeback fees and legal administration costs will be referred to a third-party collection agency.
60-Day Molecular Transition Guarantee: Available as Boutique Credit only for verified customers with non-disputed purchase history.
