Final Sale Policy

Due to the intimate nature of fragrance and skincare products, all sales are FINAL once the tamper-evident seal has been broken. We are unable to accept returns on opened fragrance or skincare products for health and safety reasons.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Product arrived damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
• Incorrect item was shipped (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
• Unopened, sealed product in original packaging within 14 days of delivery

Return Process

1. Contact us through our website contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
2. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense.
3. Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging with the RA Number clearly marked.
4. A 15% Luxury Handling & Restocking Fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
5. Approved refunds are issued as Boutique Credit only (no cash refunds on fragrance products).

This guarantee is void for any customer with an open or prior chargeback dispute.

Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Luxe Scent & Skin Haven maintains a zero-tolerance policy on friendly fraud and chargeback abuse. A chargeback filed on a confirmed-delivered order constitutes consumer fraud and will be reported to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the United States Postal Inspection Service, and Interpol where applicable. Outstanding balances including bank chargeback fees ($25–$50) and legal administration costs will be referred to a third-party collection agency. Repeat offenders will be permanently blacklisted.
