Shipping Policy
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–8 business days after payment confirmation.

While most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days after processing, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for delivery due to processing times, carrier volume, and circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your shipment at any time using the provided tracking information. Luxe Scent & Skin Haven will proactively notify you of any significant delays or updates to your order status.
Order Fulfillment & Inventory
In rare cases where a product is temporarily out of stock or requires additional processing time, we will contact you promptly via email with an updated fulfillment timeline. Your order will not be cancelled without your consent, and your investment is secure. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By completing a purchase with Luxe Scent & Skin Haven, you acknowledge and agree to our shipping timeframes as stated in this policy. We strongly encourage customers to allow the full 2–3 week delivery window before contacting their financial institution regarding a dispute. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us directly and allowing reasonable time for delivery may be considered fraudulent and will be disputed with full tracking documentation, order records, and carrier confirmation. Please contact our concierge support team first — we are committed to making every order right.

Luxury Delivery Standards
- All orders are carefully packaged in our signature luxury gift packaging.
- Every shipment is photographed and GPS-tagged prior to handoff to the carrier.
- All luxury bundle sets (7, 8 & 9-piece) require Carrier-Verified Signature Delivery.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation and carrier signature.
Shipping Address Policy
- Shipping addresses are locked after order processing begins and cannot be modified.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Luxe Scent & Skin Haven is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Luxe Scent & Skin Haven is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier and file a claim directly with them.
- Fraudulent lost package claims on confirmed-delivered orders will be reported to federal authorities.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Final Sale Policy
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance and skincare products, all sales are FINAL once the tamper-evident seal has been broken. We are unable to accept returns on opened fragrance or skincare products for health and safety reasons.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Product arrived damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
- Incorrect item was shipped (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Unopened, sealed product in original packaging within 14 days of delivery
Return Process
- Contact us through our website contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense.
- Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging with the RA Number clearly marked.
- A 15% Luxury Handling & Restocking Fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
- Approved refunds are issued as Boutique Credit only (no cash refunds on fragrance products).
60-Day Molecular Transition Guarantee
For verified customers with a non-disputed purchase history, we offer our exclusive 60-Day Molecular Transition Guarantee — a Boutique Credit toward a different scent from our collection if your fragrance does not perform as expected on your skin chemistry. This guarantee is void for any customer with an open or prior chargeback dispute.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrance products
- Opened or used skincare products
- Soy wax candles (once burned)
- Gift sets that have been opened
- Sale or discounted items
Fraud & Chargeback Policy
Luxe Scent & Skin Haven maintains a zero-tolerance policy on friendly fraud and chargeback abuse. A chargeback filed on a confirmed-delivered order constitutes consumer fraud and will be reported to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the United States Postal Inspection Service, and Interpol where applicable. Outstanding balances including bank chargeback fees ($25–$50) and legal administration costs will be referred to a third-party collection agency. Repeat offenders will be permanently blacklisted.
